and they come home clean — insured the whole way.

Order online
Choose your service and pay securely — every price is fixed and includes insured courier delivery both ways. Tell us anything we should know in the order notes: that red wine mark, the loose bead, the previous repair. It all goes on your order and our team reads every word.

Pack and drop off
Trainers: pack in any sturdy box using the guidance below — your prepaid DPD label arrives by email, normally within one working day. Wedding dresses: we post you a complete packing kit (dress box, acid-free tissue, instructions and your label), normally with you within two working days — you don’t need to find anything.

We clean, photograph and check
Every item is photographed from all angles the moment it arrives — your condition record. Then it’s inspected by hand. If we find anything that needs your decision before we proceed, we email you first, always. Then: specialist cleaning, finishing, and a final quality check with after photos.

Returned to your door
Repacked beautifully — tissue, dust bags, the works — and returned by insured, tracked DPD delivery. You’ll get an email with your tracking number the moment it’s on its way. Door to door, the whole journey takes 7–10 working days.
How to pack your items
Good packing protects your items on their way to us. Trainers: here’s exactly how to get it right. Dresses: your kit does the thinking for you — just follow the instructions inside.
Trainers
- Knock off any loose dry dirt outside first — no need to scrub
- Keep the laces in; we clean them separately
- Wrap each shoe (paper or a bag) so pairs can't rub or transfer dye in transit
- Use a sturdy box — the shoes' own box inside a postal box is perfect
- Pop a note inside with your order number
Wedding dresses
- Your kit contains everything: box, acid-free tissue, instructions and prepaid label
- Fold loosely with the tissue between the layers — never compress
- Veils and accessories: wrap in tissue, place on top
- Pop the enclosed order card inside, seal, attach the label
- Drop at any DPD point
