We choose treatment according to the materials, construction and condition of each pair. Results vary, and some marks, wear or discolouration may not be fully reversible. We won’t use unnecessarily aggressive treatment simply to chase a cosmetic result.

Which care level is appropriate for my trainers?

Choose the options that match your pair count and tell us which pairs need specialist care when you book. Suede, nubuck, delicate materials and premium pairs are assessed for the appropriate treatment. If you are unsure, send us a photo before booking.

Can you remove every stain or mark?

Not always. Results depend on the material, condition, staining, wear, age and previous treatment. We aim for the best safe improvement and will not use aggressive treatment that could damage the pair.

Do you clean suede and nubuck trainers?

Yes. Suede, nubuck and other specialist materials can be included in the Trainer Cleaning journey and are assessed so the appropriate treatment can be selected.

How long does trainer cleaning take?

Cleaning turnaround is typically 7–10 working days from receipt at Re:Finery to dispatch back to you. Courier transit time is additional. Each pair is assessed before cleaning and quality checked before return.

How do I get my trainers to Re:Finery?

Choose the sending option that suits you when you book. The available options and any applicable price difference are shown during booking. Tracked return to you is included.

Do you repair, repaint or restore trainers?

No. Re:Finery provides specialist trainer cleaning rather than repainting, structural repairs or restoration. Our focus is achieving the best safe cleaning improvement while respecting the original materials and finish.
