If you’re unsure which service you need, send us a photograph and we’ll help you choose.

Send it to us
Once you’ve booked, we’ll give you clear instructions for packing and sending your item.
Depending on the service, you may be able to use a Re:Finery-arranged DPD service, arrange your own delivery, or bring your item directly to our Altrincham studio.
Some specialist services, including selected wedding-dress options, have their own packing and transport arrangements.
No complicated process. Just follow the instructions supplied with your order.

Assessed and cared for by specialists
When your item arrives, we photograph and inspect it before treatment begins.
We assess its materials, construction, condition, staining and any delicate details, then choose the most appropriate cleaning process.
From wedding dresses and occasionwear to trainers and sheepskin boots, every item is treated according to what it actually needs.
If we find something that requires your approval before we continue, we’ll contact you first.

Finished, checked and returned
After cleaning, your item is carefully finished and given a final quality check.
We then pack it appropriately for its journey home and return it using tracked delivery.
We’ll let you know when it has been dispatched and provide tracking details.

- We create a condition record before treatment begins.
Assessed individually
- Fabric, materials, construction, staining and existing wear are considered before we decide how to clean it.
Specialist cleaned
- We choose the safest appropriate treatment rather than forcing every item through the same process.
Carefully finished
- Pressing, reshaping, grooming and finishing are carried out as appropriate to the item.
Quality checked
- Nothing is packed for return until we've completed our final inspection.
