Suede, nubuck, delicate finishes and higher-value designer trainers should be booked through our Premium, Suede & Designer service.
We aim for the best safe improvement possible rather than use aggressive treatment that could damage the shoe.
Results depend on the trainer’s age, materials, construction, wear and previous cleaning. Permanent dye transfer, deep scuffs, yellowing, oxidation, worn coatings and physical damage may remain.
Included: free DPD Pickup shop drop-off to send your trainers to us and tracked return. Re:Finery supplies a DPD QR code or printable label.
Transit Guarantee: qualifying transport through our nominated DPD network is covered by the Re:Finery Transit Guarantee up to £500, subject to our Terms.
Optional: DPD collection costs £15. DPD Extended Liability applies where applicable, up to £5,000.
