Prom and evening dresses often combine delicate fabrics, beading, sequins and intricate detailing — all of which need careful handling. They can also pick up makeup, fake tan, drinks, food and marks around the hem after a big night.
Every dress is assessed before cleaning so we can choose the safest and most effective treatment for its fabric, construction and embellishments. Stains are treated individually, delicate details are protected, and your gown is carefully cleaned and finished so it comes back looking fresh, beautifully presented and ready to wear again — or keep for the future.
Getting your dress to us is easy. Use our included DPD Pickup shop service, send it yourself, arrange collection from your address, or drop it into our Altrincham studio. Tracked return delivery is included.

Use the included DPD Pickup route, arrange your own postage for a £5 delivery credit, choose DPD collection for +£15, or drop off at our Altrincham studio for a £5 delivery credit.
4. Cleaned & returned
Expertly cleaned, quality checked and returned to you by tracked delivery.

Yes. We use specialist cleaning methods for beaded and sequinned dresses, with careful handling around delicate embellishment. Results depend on the fabric, construction, condition and previous treatment, and we aim for the best safe improvement.
We assess the embellishment and construction before cleaning and use the gentlest appropriate process. Because beads, sequins and attachments can already be fragile or weakened, no cleaning process can guarantee that nothing will loosen. If we identify a particular risk, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
We regularly treat fake tan, makeup, drink and similar event stains. Results depend on the stain, fabric, age and previous treatment, so complete removal cannot be guaranteed. We aim for the best safe improvement and will be honest about what is achievable.
Yes. We assess the fabric and construction first and choose an appropriate process for delicate chiffon, tulle, silk and satin, aiming for the best safe improvement without using treatment we consider too aggressive.
The free DPD Pickup shop route is carried under the courier’s standard terms. If you choose the £15 DPD collection option, DPD Extended Liability may be selected where applicable, subject to DPD’s terms, exclusions and evidence requirements. Your dress is protected while in our care subject to our Terms and Conditions.
