Why UGG and sheepskin need specialist care
UGG, suede and sheepskin boots need a different approach from ordinary shoes. Water stains, winter salt, mud and everyday wear can leave tide marks, flatten the suede nap and leave sheepskin linings feeling tired or holding onto odour.
Every pair is assessed before treatment. Our professional UGG cleaning service uses a material-appropriate specialist process to clean the exterior and refresh the interior while respecting the character of the suede and sheepskin. Boots are then dried under controlled conditions, reshaped and carefully finished, with the suede nap groomed where appropriate.
Salt marks, water staining, colour loss and worn areas vary from pair to pair, so complete restoration cannot be guaranteed. We aim for the best safe improvement.
Our UGG cleaning by post service is available across the UK. Send your boots from a DPD Pickup shop using the QR code or printable label we provide, choose optional DPD collection for £15, or drop them at our Altrincham studio. Tracked return is included.

2. Send your boots
Use the DPD QR code or printable label we provide, choose optional £15 DPD collection, or drop off at our studio.
3. Specialist care
Your boots are assessed, cleaned, refreshed, dried under controlled conditions, reshaped and carefully finished.
4. Returned tracked
After final inspection, your boots are carefully packed and returned using tracked delivery.

- Assessment — material, colour, staining, wear and construction checked before treatment
- Stain & mark treatment — salt marks, water stains, mud and everyday soiling treated appropriately
- Specialist UGG, suede & sheepskin boot cleaning — a material-appropriate process, never an ordinary machine wash
- Interior refresh — sheepskin linings refreshed and deodorised, with ozone used where appropriate
- Controlled drying & reshaping — carefully dried and shaped to protect structure and fit
- Suede re-napping & finishing — the nap is gently groomed and lifted where appropriate to improve a flattened or uneven appearance
- Final inspection — every pair checked before packing and return
- Protective treatment — optional water and stain-repellent finishing, currently +£9
