Why specialist care matters
UGG, suede and sheepskin boots need a different approach from ordinary washable footwear. Water marks, salt, staining, flattened suede and tired linings can all require different treatment.
Every pair is assessed individually before cleaning so we can choose the safest approach for the material, colour, construction and condition of your boots.
We aim for the best safe improvement — never aggressive over-treatment. Some permanent staining, colour variation or signs of wear may remain.

Use a DPD Pickup shop, send them yourself, arrange home collection, or drop them at our Altrincham studio.
03 Treated with care
We assess each pair, treat staining, clean, refresh the interior, dry carefully, reshape and hand-finish.
04 Return
Your boots are inspected, carefully packed and returned by tracked delivery.
Typical cleaning time: 7–10 working days from arrival at Re:Finery to dispatch. Courier transit time is additional.

We always aim for the best safe improvement while protecting the material and construction of your boots.
Some permanent staining, colour variation, salt damage, wear, previous treatment marks or physical damage may remain after cleaning. We won’t chase a cosmetic result if doing so risks harming the suede, sheepskin or structure of the boot.
