Modern ski and snowboard clothing can combine waterproof or breathable membranes, seam taping, insulation, stretch panels and specialist finishes.

We assess each item before treatment and choose the safest appropriate process for its construction, care label and condition.

Use the included DPD Pickup option, send it yourself, arrange collection, or drop off at our Altrincham studio.

03 Specialist care

We assess each garment and select the appropriate cleaning, stain treatment, drying and reproofing process for its construction and condition.

04 Carefully returned

After final quality control, your ski wear is packed carefully and returned by tracked delivery. Typical turnaround is 7–10 working days from arrival to dispatch.

Yes, where the fabric, membrane, construction and care instructions are suitable for professional cleaning. Every garment is assessed individually before treatment.

Is reproofing included?

Performance care and reproofing are carried out where appropriate for the garment. The suitable treatment depends on the fabric, construction, existing finish and care instructions.

Can you clean down-filled ski jackets?

Often, yes. Down and insulated garments require careful cleaning and controlled drying. We assess the construction and care label before choosing the appropriate process.

Can I send Adult and Junior ski wear together?

Yes. The Ski configurator lets you add multiple Adult and Junior garments to one booking.

Can I send several family members' ski wear in one parcel?

Yes, provided the items are part of the same booking and can be packed safely together.

Will every stain come out?

Not always. Results depend on the fabric, type and age of the staining, previous treatment and garment condition. Our priority is the best safe improvement without unnecessary risk to the garment.

Will reproofing make my ski wear waterproof again?

Reproofing can help improve or restore water repellency where appropriate, but results depend on the fabric, membrane, wear and condition of the garment. It is not a guarantee that an ageing or damaged garment will perform as new.

How long does the service take?

Typical cleaning time is 7–10 working days from arrival at Re:Finery to dispatch. Courier transit time is additional.
