We regularly care for down jackets, puffers, parkas, technical garments and luxury coats, including premium brands such as Canada Goose, Moose Knuckles and Moncler.
Each garment is assessed on its own materials, construction, care instructions and condition rather than treated according to brand alone.

Yes. We regularly care for premium insulated outerwear including Canada Goose, Moose Knuckles, Moncler and similar brands. We assess each garment by its actual care label, materials, trims, construction and condition before treatment.
The appropriate process depends on the garment’s care instructions, outer fabric, filling and construction. Correct cleaning and drying are especially important with insulated garments, so each item is assessed before treatment.
Most outerwear is returned within around 7–10 working days from receipt. Some specialist materials, heavy insulated garments or items requiring additional assessment may take longer.
DPD Pickup shop sending is included. You can also self-send or use studio drop-off and save £5, or choose home collection for an additional £15. Tracked return is included.
We assess trims, construction, care instructions and condition before treatment. If anything could affect the safest cleaning approach, we contact you before proceeding.
Our aim is to clean and refresh your outerwear as thoroughly and safely as possible while protecting its materials, construction and finish. Some permanent staining, wear, colour loss or pre-existing damage may not be fully removable.
