Choose the sending route that suits you. With We arrange everything, we provide the Wedding packing kit and arrange collection. If you self-send, use a tracked service with transport protection appropriate to your dress value. Once your dress is received and checked in at Re:Finery, separate Goods in Trust protection applies, subject to the relevant terms and limits.
We assess staining individually and choose treatment according to the fabric, construction and condition of the dress. Some permanent or age-related marks may not be fully removable, and we will contact you if anything needs discussion or approval before we proceed.
Older dresses can still be assessed for specialist cleaning. Aged yellowing and set-in marks can be more difficult than fresh staining, so we inspect the dress and give a careful assessment of what we expect to achieve.
Yes, subject to assessment. Lace, beading, embellishments, structure and decorative details are checked before treatment so an appropriate cleaning approach can be chosen. If we identify a risk that needs your decision, we contact you first.
The breathable carrier is included and suits dresses that will be hung or do not need boxed storage. Keepsake and Heirloom options provide presentation-box storage with acid-free tissue. Choose your preservation option in the booking section above.
Yes. Use the Add second dress option in the booking configurator so the second gown is included in the same Wedding booking and configured with its own dress-value and preservation details.
Yes. The Wedding configurator shows the currently available extras and their live prices. Only the items you select are added to your order.
If our assessment identifies anything that needs your approval before we continue, we contact you first. We do not proceed with approval-required work without speaking to you.
Follow the sending route selected in your booking. If you chose We arrange everything, the Wedding packing and collection arrangements apply; if you chose self-send, use your chosen tracked service. Once your dress reaches Re:Finery it is checked in and assessed before cleaning. We contact you if anything needs approval before proceeding, then prepare the dress for tracked return after quality control.
